iDanceFitness Programmes


iDanceFit


iDanceFit is a dance fitness programme that is amazing for your mind, body and soul! The programme is a fun and full-body workout with simple moves which is why it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 


The routines are choreographed to the best music that really gets your heart rate pumping. Each track involves movement or dance with two focused boxing style tracks at the end. And if you're really lucky, sometimes we have disco lights! Lights down tunes up! Classes are usually 45 minutes or an hour.


iPunchFit


Under the parasol of iDanceFit is iPunchfit. iPunchFit is a boxing/combat style class that incorporates elements of non-contact boxing choreographed to music. Throughout the class, there are different focuses from the upper body, legs, bums and abs. Classes are usually 30 minutes or 45 minutes. 


iDanceFit 20


iDanceFit 20 is a new programme designed for those participants who don't have much time to work out or perfect for if you are just getting back into classes. With a range of upbeat tracks that will instantly lift your mood, this programme will leave you feeling fantastic at the end. The class includes a stretch and relaxation.


iFit30


Our newest class is iFit30! iFit30 is a programme with a bit of a mix. Cardio, weights and LBT/Abs all in 30 minutes. All to some banging tunes, this class is for participants who want a bit of everything! Toning and strengthening your body, core and muscles which will help you feel mentally stronger and physically better when taking part in other exercise and in your day to day life.

Events


iDanceFitness is suitable for Community Classes, Masterclasses, Workshops, Hen-Nights, Birthday Parties (children and adults), School PE sessions and other events. Contact us to find out our availability. We love spreading our positive vibes, relieving stress and making movement fun!
